Contacting us

When you use the contact form, we process your name, email address, selected topic and message to handle your enquiry. Company and telephone details are optional. Without the required information, we cannot process an enquiry through the form.

For pre-contractual or contractual enquiries, processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For other enquiries, the basis is our legitimate interest in handling and responding to your request under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Transmission and retention

Your enquiry is sent by email to Thrill-IT GmbH. Hosting and email providers used: Proton AG. Any transfers to third countries and the safeguards used: Switzerland.

Retention of enquiries: unless a given duration is required by law, we delete data at latest after a week or until legitimate interest is fulfilled. The contact form does not carry out automated decision-making or profiling.

Arithmetic challenge and technical security

The contact form uses a technically necessary session to secure the form and verify the arithmetic challenge. Challenges are valid for ten minutes and are consumed after a submission attempt. To limit abusive requests, the server temporarily processes IP addresses in rate-limit counters. The basis is our legitimate interest in secure operation under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Hosting and server logs

Fonts and the company logo are served locally. No analytics or marketing services are integrated.

Your rights

Subject to the legal conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. Where processing is based on legitimate interests, you may object on grounds relating to your particular situation. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent for the future. You may lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority .
