The person behind Thrill IT GmbH
Ing. Michael Friedl — managing director and your direct contact for IT and OT.
I am Michael Friedl, the person behind Thrill IT GmbH. I bring technical planning and practical implementation together, with a focus on solutions that fit your business. Clear decisions, defined responsibilities and systems you can work with every day guide my approach.
Seeing the whole system
A network is more than its devices. Availability, security, maintainability and the people using it belong together. I consider IT and OT as connected systems, from individual connections to dependencies between applications and industrial equipment.
How I work
- Listen: We start by clarifying the task, constraints and priorities.
- Plan transparently: I explain technical options and their implications for operation and maintenance.
- Implement practically: Agreed measures are implemented in a structured way and coordinated with you.
- Share knowledge: Documentation and a clear handover are part of a useful solution.
How I can help
My work covers network engineering, IT and OT infrastructure, security, consulting, web development, open source and the use of AI. The starting point is the problem your business needs to solve.
